then lift your eyes to trace the guiding lines of the space,
you’ll notice a gentle arc —
no defined starting point, no fixed ending —
only a continuous curve that envelops you,
extending toward the next vanishing point.

This reverse narrative leads you to Chen Yi Shih Zhu Restaurant on the second floor.
Inspired by two local icons of Hengchun — the ramie plant (Qiong Ma) and the legendary Luoshan Winds,
the restaurant’s golden wind screens define the space,
with interwoven lines mimicking the flow of ramie stretching toward the light.

Paired with Kenting’s iconic sea blues and the frothy whites of waves crashing against stone,
this space reveals the heart of Erdong Manor’s story —
a journey of place, texture, and cultural depth.
